The picture to the right is a perfect example of this look. She has beautiful luminous skin, full sculpted brows and long, wispy lashes. She has minimal eye shadow and a winged liner.There are different ways you can achieve this look.
Based on preference, you can minimize and enhance as much as you would like. Some may like shorter lashes or more eye shadow. Go with whatever makes you feel beautiful and enhances your features.
